本運送政策適用於在本網店(以下簡稱「本店」)購買之所有訂單。我們會盡力確保你的訂單能準時、安全地送達。


 

 

1. 訂單處理時間

在收到你的訂單並確認付款後,我們一般會於 2–3 個工作天內 安排發貨。

工作天不包括星期六、星期日及英國公眾假期。


1.3

如遇訂單高峰期或特殊情況(例如庫存調整),發貨時間可能會略有延遲,我們會盡量提前通知你。

 

 

2. 運送方式及預計送達時間

所有訂單將由 Royal Mail 負責派送。


2.2

在正常情況下,貨品會於發貨後約 7 個工作天內 送達英國地址。


2.3

請注意,實際送達時間可能因以下因素而有所變動:


  • 天氣狀況
  • 交通或物流延誤
  • Royal Mail 的運作安排
  • 公眾假期或不可抗力因素


如出現延誤情況,我們會在可行範圍內盡力協助你跟進。


 

 

3. 運費及免運費安排



3.1

英國地區訂單如消費滿 £35,即可享有免運費優惠。


3.2

未達免運費門檻的訂單,運費將於結帳頁面清楚顯示。


 

 

4. 運送風險及保險


4.1

為了保持產品價格合理,本店不會為訂單購買運送保險。


4.2

一旦貨品交付予 Royal Mail,相關運送風險將由顧客自行承擔。


4.3

如貨品在運送途中遺失或嚴重延誤,本店一般情況下不會承擔賠償責任。

Shipping Policy (UK)

 

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with our online store (“we”, “us”, “our”). We will do our best to ensure your order is dispatched promptly and delivered safely.

After we receive your order and confirm payment, we usually dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.

During busy periods or in special circumstances (such as stock adjustments), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to notify you in advance if this happens.





2. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.


2.2

Under normal circumstances, orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 7 business days after dispatch to UK addresses.


2.3

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as:

  • Transport or logistics delays
  • Royal Mail operational issues
  • Public holidays or force majeure events



If there is any delay, we will try our best to assist you in tracking your parcel where reasonably possible.





3. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £35.


3.2

For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout.





4. Shipping Risk and Insurance



4.1

To keep our prices affordable, we do not purchase shipping insurance for orders.


4.2

Once the goods are handed over to Royal Mail, the shipping risk will pass to the customer.


4.3

If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, we generally do not accept liability for compensation.

However, if you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with enquiries to Royal Mail.
