退貨及退款政策

Return & Refund Policy (UK)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from our online store (“we”, “us”, “our”) and is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable laws.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel your order, please notify us by email or in writing, providing:

  • The product(s) you wish to cancel
  • Your contact details

After notifying us of your cancellation, please return the goods to us within 14 days.

 

 

 

2. Food and Dry Goods – Special Considerations

As we sell food and dry goods, for hygiene and food safety reasons:

2.1

Opened or unsealed food or dry goods (such as dried fruits, grains, tea, spices, etc.) are generally not eligible for return or refund.

2.2

If the product is unopened, in its original condition, and your request is made within the cooling-off period, we will be happy to arrange a return and refund.

2.3

If you have any special circumstances (for example, ordering by mistake or receiving duplicate gifts), please contact us and we will try to assist where reasonably possible.

3. Conditions for Returns

To help us process your return smoothly:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • The product must be suitable for resale

If returned goods do not meet these conditions, we may not be able to offer a full refund, but we will contact you to explain the situation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

4.2

Refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card or PayPal), unless otherwise agreed.

If you are returning goods because you changed your mind (and there is no fault with the product), the original delivery charge is usually non-refundable and you will normally be responsible for the return postage.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
